Office Hours
All appointments are scheduled according to your availability as well as your counselor's availability. Some evening and weekend hours are available, but are limited due to high demand. Please contact your counselor directly for scheduling and availability. We understand your desire to have questions answered between sessions and we're happy to do so. If your question can be answered at your appointment time, you can avoid the additional fee. As a means to determine the level of need, please consider the following:
These areas are EMERGENCIES. If you have a concern about these, call 911 or crisis services at 814 – 456 – 2014. If you are existing client, please follow the crisis protocol signed during your initial appointment.

*imminent risk of threats of physical safety
*risks to our staff
These areas are URGENT. If you have a concern about these, you may contact us directly.
*Determining imminent risk
*updating us with information AFTER you've phoned the police or Crisis Services (child runaway, emergency hospitalization, child welfare issues)
These are NON-URGENT. We suggest you leave a message for your counselor.
*cancellations due to illness
*rescheduling
*new client intakes
*questions on dealing with specific parenting issues
*other issues that do not risk physical or psychological harm.
